sniper bug

every time I use sniper and hit someone from a long distance their character reacts like they got hit but their health doesn't go down? there is no ping sound when they get hit, why is this? btw they are not afk...every time I ask admins they never respond. this is annoying and makes sniping boring, can you please answer this, thanks.

This is not a Server bug (server scripts) this is a Samp bug...

This is not considered a bug. Since you said there's no ring sound when you shoot then you were not synced with this player, most likely you were bugged.
