1)

The logo is pretty wide, I don't like the background, could have left it transparent and added the soldiers above it, should be normal, not so wide neither so small.

2)

Second one is good, remove the Call OF Duty and put Lords OF War there instead of that shitty LOW green title, remove that plane and the IP/website link.
