Hello,
In Order Of increasing the clan performance and reduce the inactivity, I the main leader Of the Black Luster Soldiers Clan and with the other leaders and Co leader help added the Following:

-The obligation of Applying on Forum and be tested before Joining the Clan as it is shown HERE ,This will make only Interested players joins.
-A topic where cases can be discussed by any Clan member and everyone will be able to share his opinions about anything. HERE
-moreover a section was added for inactivity notifications. So, Since now, If someone is going inactive, he'll be obligated to inform us HERE before he does.
-And for members who has life business and decided to leave, they can inform us HERE.
-We added also some simple Clan Rules that can be found HERE and everyone will have to respect them, from Rank 1 till leaders, So if you caught someone breaking any of them no matter how small it is, you should report him HERE
-in addition of all these things, We add some missions with XP HERE to make some challenge between the clan members, The XP of every member can be checked under his Name HERE
-Kicked out/banned members will be added to wall of shame And Best members (skilled, behavior ...) will be in Wall of fame Here.
