i don't know what is this it may bug or glitch when ever internet connection goes slow player fall inside the surface plz fix it it can give any innocent player ban

We are aware of this, this is fairly common. We actually check ping and perform various checks such as slapping the player to see if the player moves (if s/he doesn't move, that usually means lag, unless obvious airbreak). I don't think we can fix this (this is a SAMP issue), we just have to be careful.
