My friend has a wrong ban

Hi.my friend Payam plays in your server. He was in sniper dm with me and admin nightmare has wrongly Ban my friend. Reason was vhh. But my friend was in dm with me and he banned wrongly. I tell to the admin to unban him but he can,t. He said you should tell in site to unban him. Please unban him admin. Thank you
