We need proof, without it statistic won't be refunded.

Check for any old screens you got.

i reset my PC with clean install OS so no such file as proof else i give you already

What I can say for now is that it's not possible for us to recover your statistis since you don't have anything to prove that, but i'll talk with Rock_Man and see what he got.
