As long as he will follow the forum rules i do not think that would be a problem

If anything DOES happen i suggest you personally restrict him from accessing SAMP. other wise his account will be locked but if ip is not banned he can use a new name and play. so if it comes to it i suggest you personally stop him.

This is just a worst case scenario so dw about anything im saying
