I tried it once. Video which are recorded by Frap are not HD (For sure) and heavy AF. I highly recommend you to use Action! and a program called "Format Factory" (Link on topDeathKillerZ[BLS] wrote:You can use Fraps as well.

5 seconds of recording in Fraps, gives 59mb and still on my pc, which is not steel like most, is lagging.
