-What programs needed to install the mod/s:winRAR or freearc will be needed to extract the file.

-How you can install the mod/s:after extracting the file click the app.where you located for eg:-desktop, and then you have to select your main gta sa folder and done all u have to click is install button{the mod will install automatically in your gta sa folder so you don't need to worry about anything}

Its almost similar to what i use now though i like the blasting texture and sparks while shooting.Will give it a try
