So basically here it clearly states: -Ability to Capture any zone in 15 Seconds.
But as you can see in this screenshot that I need to wait 30 Seconds before capturing it: https://i.imgur.com/OaODwwT.png
Ps. I keep forgetting to report this bug but I just remembered it after reading the donation rewards again.
