-What programs needed to install the Modificaton: You need CLEO folder better last version installed in your GTA SA folder, that's all
-How you can install the Modificaton: First step, when you download the winrar, I put in it folders which contain skin of each team, it's easy just get it in any folder and press in the .exe file, a menu of downloading will appear after that click in Installer/Download and get in game, you'll discover that the modifications have been done, make sure you put the GTA SA folder in the place where you're downloading each skin, if you have any question, feel free to reply below
