when ur vehicle is damaged and even smoking u write /repair id so it would repair your vehicle but it doesnt - my vehicle was smoking and it just said "Your vehicle has enough HP" or smthing like that...

Actually if you vehicle hits 219health or less you can't repair your vehicle as it will say "Your vehicle is on fire"
