sorry for post the same bug report but . i still can join unbalanced team.
H2O told me the bug fixed but it not fixed yet.
actually i love that bug, so dont fix it 8)

maybe if you upload a video of the bug it would be better, maybe what h2o is talking about is some other bug regarding the team selection
