-What programs needed to install the Modificaton: Img Tool(Provided in the link above)
-How you can install the Modificaton: Open IMG Tool. Click on File>Open>Gta Sa directory>models>gta3.
Then, click on edit>find and type patriot.txd and right click on patriot.txd, then click replace. Browse your mod which you downloaded and click on open. Similarly, find patriot.dff and replace it with downloaded mod and done!
