Duel(bugs) Empty Duel(bugs)

-Sometimes one of the player still has the weapons from spawn point
-If player is Jet-Trooper he can use /jp (jetpack)
-Bet is always 0 u can't put money for betting

He can use /jp because when you are spawn kill protecting don't accept duel after 10 seconds you can duel him again and you will only have those weapons that are assigned to duel  Razz
