Getting a different weapon in a duel bug.

Guys sometimes when I challenge other guys for a duel I don't get the weapon selected for the duel but instead of that I get some other weapons like e.g if I  will challenge a guy for a duel with weapon combat shotgun and I don't get combat shotgun, but instead of that I get my spawn  weapons of the class which I have selected like when my class is a spy and I challenge someone for a duel of any weapon e.g m4 and I don't get the weapon selected for the duel, in the duel I get a Molotov, a silenced pistol and a mp5 which are the weapons you get from spawning as a spy.So as always I want you guys to fix this bug as soon as possible.
