Clan special weapon bug.

When a guy kills other guy who is in a clan which has paid for clan's special weapons gets extra reward and guess for what?, for killing the guy with a clan's special weapon, lol I mean what.... this should be fixed right away as the one like me who received it didn't pay for it, check this pic out:
