I know i can't report players here but i can't find the Report application for players

Reason:Base rape

In the photo you can't see the name of player but i saw it

[LOW]A$$A$$IN was online when i reported him but he didn't do anything with him so i wanted to report him on forum

Firstly, i told you many times at that day too what is called base rape....but anyways let me make it clear now
Base rape is a situation in which a player brings a heavy vehicle(such as hydra, hunter, rhino)in enemy base and kills more than one player in their own base. And as we can see in your proofs that POP_LOL_MANO killed only one guy in his own base so no Base Rape has taken place...

in my proofs he killed 1 player , but before he killed a lot but i didn't take a screenshot

This is not first time
I always report rule breaker and you don't do anything with him
